Amelia is a vegan artist living in Australia. She was born in the UK where she went to art school, thereafter working in the film industry for some years before retraining as a nurse. After reading the first Art of Compassion book she was inspired to create her own animal rights artwork and started by illustrating pen drawings for Inktober 2022 with the theme of animal rights. She has since continued her illustrations and begun painting some of her ideas in acrylic. An ethical vegan for over 10 years, Amelia lives with her husband and rescue dog. She is passionate about animal rights and rescues and rehabilitates wildlife in her spare time.
