”While from my photo it looks like cat wrangling is my business, I actually have been an animal lover since a child . Born in 1950 I might be the oldest member here, but like my fellow artists my passion is the treatment of our fellow non-human animals.
Starting as a vegetarian 30 years ago, I became vegan in 2021 when my eyes were opened to the horrors of dairy and egg farming. While I have always loved doing all kinds of art, during the pandemic I stumbled upon fabric painting and realized that if I painted animal rights messages on my clothing, I could challenge the status quo every day!”
