Raquel Nievas

Raquel is a fine artist, usually working with paintings, murals and installations. Her artistic production has evolved from microscopic approaches and visually playing to merging the macro with her personal life, painting her desires and her rescued animals. Then her feeling of compassion and respect expands to encompass all sentient beings. Here her work comes to the in defense of animal rights. It is from the positive view that expresses the desire for a life based on freedom and respect. Because she believes in the law of attraction and create images that lead her to that end.

Her goal is to bring the issue closer to the public and to help change the way we see animals, to perceive them as beings who are here with us and not for us, they are not things to use at our whim, they are subjects of law.
