Born to a German father and an English mother, Sabine trained as a chef in Germany, developing a passion for culinary arts. Her journey took her to South Africa and later to Spain, where she has worked in the tourism industry since 1995.

In 2014, Sabine embraced veganism, and it transformed her life. Now, she dedicates her free time to exploring and creating vegan recipes, offering vegan catering services, and spreading the message of compassion through a plant-based lifestyle.

Sabine is currently co-creating AoCP’s first fully-illustrated and downloadable recipe book which will go on sale this December.
